Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor hours are 9 AM to noon and 1 PM to 4 PM on Friday and Saturday.
As this is the first time an IHS regional horn workshop has been held in Utah, we expect a large number of people in attendance from across several states. You should expect a healthy cross-section of high school/college students, adult amateur players, educators, professionals, and younger students. We will also be featuring our exhibitors on our social media post leading up to the event. Please note: The exhibition room will be locked and secured overnight to ensure the safety of all displays and materials. We are also pleased to share that SRHW 2026 has received approval from UVU to allow transactions on campus, making it easier for you to conduct business during the event.
Exhibitor fees:
Exhibiting at the 2026 Southwest Region Horn Workshop is $100 for the first table and $50 for each additional table (up to 4 tables).

In addition, the OC Tanner Atrium inside the UVU Noorda Center for the Performing Arts also has two large Jumbotron size displays to further showcase your products for an additional $25.
Raffle items / Prizes for Competition:
As a valued vendor at the Southwest Region Horn Workshop 2026, we kindly ask each exhibitor to contribute at least one item per table for our event raffle—an excellent way to promote your products and engage directly with our participants. Additionally, we invite you to consider sponsoring a prize for one of our competition categories, which will be named in your honor and recognized throughout the workshop, on our website, and across our social media platforms.
Virtual Exhibitor option:
If you are unable to attend this event in person, we would love to include you as a Virtual Exhibitor: $50
Your business logo and website link will be included in our digital and printed programs as well as on social media post leading up to the event.
We encourage virtual members to provide a discount code for attendees (valid during event date only; the code would be shared only at our registration table to register attendees) as well as participate in our raffle event.
